Mixed-use restoration of the R. H. Simon Silk Mill. The 300,000+/- SF complex contains 15 buildings, the first of which was built in the late 1800s. The renovation took place over 4 years from 2015 to 2019. The site is now listed on the National Register for Historic Places. Currently, there are 170 apartments and 30+ commercial businesses located on the site including retail, office, fitness & restaurant uses.
