Located on Centre Square, the Alpha Building boasts a bustling Lehigh Valley Live Express Times news room on the first floor. Designed to express a modern, clean, trading-floor feel, the space makes a visual impact on the downtown with its bank of large windows and community-centered business.
The Alpha Building, with 76,000 square feet of Class A office space, is one of only a handful of commercial buildings that can accommodate the needs of larger businesses and provide the social amenities and conveniences of the downtown—shops, restaurants, farmers’ market and more right out the front door.
Built a decade into the 1900s when every city was racing to touch the sky, the Alpha Building was Easton’s first sky-scraper. The 9 ½ story structure was occupied by Easton’s City Hall from 1996 – 2013 and Crayola’s visitor center. VM Development planned a redesign to keep the prominent structure as a keystone in the bustling downtown.
